Mapei Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240
The Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240 is a self-levelling compound, which is fibre reinforced and can be used within the refurbishment of existing domestic and commercial floors. This Mapei screed is best suited to locations where good resistance to loads is necessary, as well as castor wheel traffic and underfloor heating systems.
The primary use for this product is for interior levelling, smoothing and infilling differences in thickness ranging from 3 to 40mm on either: new or existing concrete, screeds, stone, terrazzo and ceramic tiles, timber flooring, floor boards, chipboard panels or plywood.
Once the screed has been applied by hand or pump as an underlayment, floor finishes such as tile, stone, vinyl, carpet or wood flooring can be laid to achieve the desired effect.
