Refunds

Once you have purchased goods from UK Tile Sales you have 7 working days from the day you receive the goods to return them. In the improbable event that any goods purchased from the www.uktilesales.co.uk should prove faulty we may offer a repair, exchange or full refund as appropriate. This will be in accordance with your legal rights. Contracts are made and accepted subject to these conditions of sale and shall be governed by English Law and no other.

Returns/Cancellation Costs

Goods will be accepted back for credit subject to the cost of any transport cost incurred in the return of goods to the seller paid for by the buyer. Goods will only be accepted back in resaleable condition determined at our absolute discretion. Cancelled orders once dispatched will incur a £15.00 restocking/administration charge. These conditions apply to all orders conducted through the internet or over the telephone.

Cancelling your Order

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. This is your statutory right in addition to our normal returns policy.

Special Orders

If goods are ordered (or on stock back order) specifically at the express wish of the customer. The customer is at the point of sale made aware that we do not and will except returns unless the goods are not suitable for use or there is a manufacturing flaw. These terms are agreed to on all special orders otherwise we will not process them.
